Accessibility Statement
Prolytics' commitment to making its website, documentation, and Prolytics OS accessible.
Prolytics Limited is committed to making the Prolytics website, documentation, and Prolytics OS usable by people with disabilities.
Our accessibility goals
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We aim to support:
- semantic headings, labels, and controls;
- keyboard navigation and visible focus states;
- screen readers and other assistive technologies;
- sufficient colour contrast;
- responsive layouts across screen sizes; and
- reduced-motion preferences where applicable.
Current status
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We have not completed a formal third-party accessibility audit, and some areas may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Known areas that may require further improvement include interactive dashboards, data visualizations, third-party integrations, and evolving product features.
We continue to include accessibility in product design, development, and testing. We do not rely on colour alone to communicate important status where practical, and we aim to preserve semantic structure, keyboard access, focus visibility, readable contrast, responsive behaviour, and reduced-motion support.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in an alternative format, contact us at legal@prolyticshq.com. Please include the page or feature involved, the assistive technology or browser you were using if relevant, and a description of the issue.
We will review accessibility feedback and use it to improve the experience. If a feature is not accessible to you, we will work with you to identify a reasonable alternative where available.
